3. License
The App is licensed, not sold. Your purchase through the Mac App Store grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the current major version (1.x) on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to this App.
4. Restrictions
- You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.
5. Your responsibility for data
The App performs file operations such as copy, move, delete, and archive that can modify or remove your files. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Always verify important operations before confirming them.
6. Third-party servers
When you use the FTP/SFTP client, you connect to servers you choose. Your use of those servers is governed by their own terms. The developer is not responsible for third-party servers, services, or content.
7. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
